UI/UX Design
Research-informed product and site design that makes the next step obvious and the build straightforward.
The Problem
Pretty screens that nobody can use are a liability.
Most interfaces fail before a single pixel is colored in. The flow is muddy, the hierarchy is flat, and the user has to think too hard to do the one thing they came to do.
Decoration gets praised in the pitch and then quietly tanks the conversion rate. A clean visual is not the same as a clear path.
We design for the decision the user is trying to make, then make that decision the easiest thing on the screen.
Users shouldn't have to think this hard.
Our Approach
Built on our process.
We treat design as a sequence of decisions, not a deliverable. Each stage closes questions so the next one moves faster and the final build has no surprises.
Discover
We map who is using this, what they are trying to accomplish, and where the current experience leaks. Heuristic review, real user flows, and a content inventory — not assumptions dressed up as personas.
Design
Wireframes first to settle structure and hierarchy, then high-fidelity UI and interaction states. We pressure-test the flow with a clickable prototype before anything is locked, so we are validating behavior, not taste.
Build
We hand off a documented design system, redlined specs, and component states the way engineers actually need them. Spacing, breakpoints, focus states, and edge cases are defined so the build matches the design.
An interface should carry the same voice and identity the rest of your branding establishes, so the product never feels like a different company than the marketing. Designs are handed off in a build-ready format and can flow straight into web development with us, so nothing gets lost in translation between Figma and code.
What's Included
The deliverables.
- 01UX research, audit findings, and annotated user flows
- 02Wireframes for every key screen and state
- 03High-fidelity UI design for all breakpoints
- 04Interactive prototype for usability validation
- 05Design system and reusable component library
- 06Accessibility-checked, redlined handoff specs
Every project is quoted to scope.
Tell us what you're building and we'll put together a proposal that fits the work — no off-the-shelf packages.

What you get working with us.
We decide structure before surface
Wireframes and flows are locked before any color or type goes on the screen. That order is what keeps the visual layer from papering over a broken experience.
Prototypes validate behavior, not opinion
We test the clickable flow against the real task before sign-off, so design choices are settled by what users do — not by who is loudest in the review.
Systems, not one-off screens
Every screen is built from a shared component library with defined states. That means consistency as you grow and a build that does not re-invent a button on every page.
Accessible and buildable by default
Contrast, focus order, hit targets, and keyboard paths are checked as we design, and specs are redlined for handoff — so accessibility is not a retrofit and engineers are never guessing.
Questions
Good to know.
Research first. Depending on scope that means a heuristic audit, flow mapping, and usability testing on the prototype. We will not run a 12-week ethnography for a 6-screen marketing site, but every decision is grounded in the task the user is actually doing.
Design the path, not just the screen.
Tell us what your users are trying to do, and we will design the interface that gets them there.
